    • The Mindset Method is for women ready to break through limiting beliefs, reprogram their mindset, and gain the mental tools to transform every aspect of their life. This is for the woman who wants to focus on inner growth, personal development, and reclaiming her confidence and clarity.

    • Women feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps.

    • Those ready to develop a stronger mindset, improve self-awareness, and regain their confidence.

    • Women juggling multiple roles who need help balancing work, life, and personal fulfilment.

    • Personalised Mindset Coaching: 1:1 sessions focused on breaking through limiting beliefs, goal setting, and shifting perspectives.

    • Goal-Setting & Accountability: Customised strategies to implement and track mindset shifts in real life, from career goals to personal growth.

    • Mindset Worksheets & Exercises: Tailored tools to help you reflect, reframe challenges, and build new mental habits.

    • Regular Check-Ins: Check-in throughout the week to ensure you’re progressing towards your mindset goals.

    • Duration: 4, 8, 12 session packages.

    • Access: Fortnightly calls, plus access to Elle via app messaging for support and accountability.

    • Investment: From $498 with the split payments available upon request.

    • The Premium Training Method is ideal for women who are ready to level up their fitness routine and build a body that’s not only strong but functional. This is for those who want a structured training plan, personalised to their goals, without the mindset coaching element.

    • Women looking to get stronger, leaner, and fitter.

    • Those wanting a clear, structured workout plan (home or gym-based) personalised to their goals.

    • Anyone struggling to break through plateaus in their fitness journey.

    • Customised Training Plan: A tailored workout program based on your fitness level and goals. Updated every 4 weeks for continued progress.

    • Training App Access: Log your workouts, track your progress, and see demonstration videos directly through the app.

    • Progress Tracking & Adjustments: Regular updates to your workout plan based on progress, with feedback from Elle after every session.

    • Fortnightly Check-Ins: Virtual calls every two weeks to review your fitness progress and make any necessary adjustments.

    • Duration: 12-week minimum commitment.

    • Access: Full access to the app for workout logging, messaging and progress tracking.

    • Investment: $338 with the split payments available upon request.
