Hey, I’m Elle Marie. My journey started as a woman feeling lost, overwhelmed, and out of balance. Before kids, I struggled with confidence, health, and mindset. In 2014, I took control, shedding both the physical and emotional weight, overcoming depression, losing 17kgs, and competing in fitness modeling. Along the way, I discovered my purpose—helping women transform their bodies, minds, and lives.
The Elle Marie Method is a holistic approach to fitness, mindset, and nutrition, designed for busy women ready to reclaim control and create a life that feels strong and balanced. My own struggles and growth have fuelled my passion to be a guiding light for others, helping them build lasting habits and resilience.
In 2020, while running two businesses and navigating motherhood, I realised that balance isn’t just possible—it’s essential.
